Suzanne is the driving force behind the station. She is a seasoned and well respected community FM radio presenter having had experience with Secklow Sounds and with the global station “Artefaktor Radio” – a station that has featured Suzanne’s own music and many Synth and Electronica artists. As a successful recruitment agency owner for over 34 years, Suzanne has that ability to match ability with potential – and to support it all the way. She brings that empathy and understanding to both championing emerging talent as well as managing the staff and station.
The power behind the power. After a career in IT Mick developed and implemented an automated system at Secklow Sounds where he progressed from trainee presenter to Director level. He brings a new, refined version of his ‘radio in a can’ model to Spectrum, where he continues into his 13th year of radio work embracing show editing, producing interview recordings, training presenters, creating promos and sweepers and ensuring smooth operational running through his constant technical innovations.
Tony from Enfield London has over 50 years of broadcasting experience, from Hospital Radio, The BBC and Community and Internet Stations.
He is a senior member of the Spectrum On Air team and recently became Consultant Programme Controller.
He presents two shows per week Tony's Time Tunnel and Tony's Afternoon Delight.
Mike Barry combines his role as Finance Director at Spectrum On Air and XPTV3 with being one of the familiar voices behind the microphone. Alongside helping oversee the financial side of the organisation, Mike co-presents The Breakfast Show and is a regular member of the long-running Grumpies on Spec.
Mike's combination of business experience and on-air personality makes him an integral part of the team, both behind and in front of the microphone.
