SUZANNE LETTING

DIRECTOR/ STATION MANAGER

BROADCASTER, MUSICIAN, NETWORKER EXTRAORDINAIRE.

Suzanne is the driving force behind the station. She is a seasoned and well respected community FM radio presenter having had experience with Secklow Sounds and with the global station “Artefaktor Radio” – a station that has featured Suzanne’s own music and many Synth and Electronica artists. As a successful recruitment agency owner for over 34 years, Suzanne has that ability to match ability with potential – and to support it all the way. She brings that empathy and understanding to both championing emerging talent as well as managing the staff and station.

MICK BANNISTER

PROGRAMME CONTROLLER/ HEAD OF PRODUCTION

IT SPECIALIST –  AUTOMATED RADIO SYSTEM DESIGNER

The power behind the power. After a career in IT Mick developed and implemented an automated system at Secklow Sounds where he progressed from trainee presenter to Director level. He brings a new, refined version of his ‘radio in a can’ model to Spectrum, where he continues into his 9th year of radio work embracing show editing, producing interview recordings, training presenters, creating promos and sweepers and ensuring smooth operational running through his constant technical innovations.

CLIVE LEIGHTON

MUSIC INDUSTRY CONSULTANT

FESTIVAL ORGANISER,  BROADCASTER, PUBLICIST. 

A veteran of over 400 events and a syndicated BBC website journalist, Clive advises on strategy and offers a direct passport to the wider world of entertainment personnel and practices. Started his broadcasting career in 1992 at Spa Radio (Devonshire Royal Hospital, now University of Derby), through to Edge FM, Radio Buxton and took his FM licence campaign to Parliament, resulting in High Peak Radio. A strong guiding hand, who has been with us from the beginning.
