XPTV3 App Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the XPTV3 television application, including the XPTV3 application made available for LG webOS televisions.

XPTV3 is operated by Spectrum On Air Ltd.

1. Information collected by the XPTV3 app

The XPTV3 television application does not require users to create an account, register, log in or provide personal information in order to watch XPTV3.

The application does not directly collect information such as your name, postal address, telephone number, email address or payment information.

2. Streaming and technical information

XPTV3 delivers television programming over the internet. When your television or device connects to the XPTV3 streaming service, normal technical information required to establish and maintain an internet connection may be processed automatically.

This may include information such as:

• IP address;

• date and time of connection;

• device or browser information;

• requests made to the streaming server; and

• technical information required to deliver and maintain the television stream.

Such information may also appear in standard server logs. It is used for purposes such as delivering the service, maintaining reliability, diagnosing technical problems, monitoring service performance and protecting the service against misuse.

3. Cookies and tracking

The XPTV3 LG webOS application does not require advertising cookies or tracking cookies in order to provide the live television service.

XPTV3 does not use the LG webOS application to build advertising profiles of viewers.

4. Sharing of information

XPTV3 does not sell personal information collected through the XPTV3 television application.

Technical information may necessarily be processed by service providers involved in hosting, streaming, network delivery or maintaining the XPTV3 service.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect the security and integrity of the service.

5. Third-party content and services

XPTV3 may broadcast programmes or other content supplied by third parties. The presence of third-party programming within the television stream does not itself provide those programme suppliers with personal information about individual viewers through the XPTV3 app.

Where the application or XPTV3 service provides a link to an external website or service, that service may operate under its own privacy policy.

6. Children's privacy

The XPTV3 application does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through registration forms, accounts or similar facilities.

Some XPTV3 programming may be suitable for children and families, but viewing such programming does not require a child to provide personal information to the application.

7. Data security and retention

Spectrum On Air Ltd takes reasonable measures to protect information associated with operation of the XPTV3 service.

Technical server information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for operation, security, troubleshooting, legal or administrative purposes.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, applicable data-protection legislation may give you rights regarding personal information relating to you.

UK users may have rights under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, including rights relating to access, correction and deletion of personal data where applicable.

9. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the XPTV3 service, technology or applicable legal requirements.

The current version will be published on the XPTV3 website.
