Video name is the show acronym preceded by #  -   "#TLA.mp4"
which you will have been given (e.g #XTR.mp4) .

To deliver a show for a future date, use the " Date/bracket facility".
e.g. to deliver #XTR.mp4 to start broadcast on the 9th April, and today is the 20th March - rename the file:-

[09 Apr] #XTR.mp4
NOTE: a space after the right hand square bracket  before the #
This will then play until another date stamped file becomes active (i.e. that date is reached). Using this method you can deliver multiple videos, a different one to be broadcast each week. 

VIDEO LENGTH - Ideally MUST be  multiples of one hour  + or - 10 seconds long
e.g. 59:55 is OK but 58:45 is not

IMPORTANT - FILE PROPERTIES 
We shall only consider files in the following format as minimum:-
.mp4 (128kbps - sound) and 720p  (3500kbps - video) or above, or the file will be rejected.
