Where can I find information about mobile games?

I've been looking at UX design lately, and it seems like "one-handed" operation is becoming a major priority. Designers are moving all the interactive elements to the bottom of the screen to accommodate how people actually hold their phones. Does anyone have any reading material on how these design choices are being driven by the sheer volume of mobile traffic? I want to understand how the psychological need for constant access is shaping the way software is built.
